You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. Users under 18 require parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or engage in activities that violate these terms, including but not limited to: using bots, scripts, or automated tools; manipulating scores; creating multiple accounts to abuse referral rewards.
Points have no monetary value unless explicitly redeemed through our reward system. We reserve the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate point balances for accounts found in violation of our policies. Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
All content on Questify is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Questify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
