Redemption Policy

Redemption Process
- Browse available rewards in the Rewards Store
- Click "Redeem" on your chosen reward (minimum 500 points)
- Points are immediately deducted from your balance
- Your request enters "Pending" status for admin review
- Admin approves or rejects within 1–5 business days
- Approved: reward fulfilled within 7 days. Rejected: full points refund.
Verification
We may ask for identity verification for high-value redemptions. Failure to verify within 7 days will result in request cancellation and points refund.
Limits
- One redemption per reward type per 30 days
- Account must be in good standing (not banned or under review)
Disputes
If you believe a redemption was incorrectly rejected, contact support@play-questify.com within 14 days of the decision.
