Redemption Process

  1. Browse available rewards in the Rewards Store
  2. Click "Redeem" on your chosen reward (minimum 500 points)
  3. Points are immediately deducted from your balance
  4. Your request enters "Pending" status for admin review
  5. Admin approves or rejects within 1–5 business days
  6. Approved: reward fulfilled within 7 days. Rejected: full points refund.

Verification

We may ask for identity verification for high-value redemptions. Failure to verify within 7 days will result in request cancellation and points refund.

If you believe a redemption was incorrectly rejected, contact support@play-questify.com within 14 days of the decision.
